What is recreation soccer?
Our Richmond Kickers recreation soccer program is designed to provide a safe, family friendly environment for children to learn about the beautiful game of soccer and have fun at the same time. Recreation soccer is not about winning! It is about the players learning positive life skills and making friends! The emphasis is on participation.
Coaches and Volunteers are needed for all of our programs! Please register for each season so we can keep current, up to date records. If you have a player in the program you can register as a volunteer when you register your player online. If you coach multiple age groups you must register seperately for each age group! We can never have enough volunteers in our programs!
Please review the Coaches Code of Conduct in detail. All coaches must agree to abide by the guidelines outlined in the Code of Conduct.

RICHMOND, VA – (Wednesday, August 16, 2006) – The Richmond Kickers Soccer Club is pleased to announce that Richmond Neighborhood Soccer Association (RNSA) has joined the club as an affiliate recreational program.
“The [RNSA] Board was impressed by the Kickers’ commitment to community based soccer, by the exceptional resources they bring to both recreational and competitive programs, and by their experience and expertise in handling the many administrative responsibilities that are often troublesome for all-volunteer run organizations such as RNSA,” comments RNSA Commissioner Peter Moliterno. “The participating Board members voted unanimously to embrace full integration of RNSA into the Kickers organization.”
